I just signed up for Rakuten and thought I should share. I completed purchases at target and did not receive my $40 cash back in a timely manner. Reached out to customer service and they inform me that target does not pay Rakuten rewards for toys. They gave it to me as a courtesy, but wanted to be sure others know.

The ASIN for the Jeep is restricted for me (I'm Lego ungated). Is anyone having the same issue?

I've never seen a LEGO set stay restricted post retirement.

Most Credit Cards do not care what you change your billing address to.
I haven't seen that it is retiring from enough trusted sources to buy it yet.
