There’s no way to predict what the quickest turnaround is.
I suggest looking at the hit list and choosing sets you like the most.

I sell on Amazon, grandfathered in.
Most don’t have access to that until Amazon re-opens applications.
Outside of Amazon I sell on eBay, especially the more expensive sets.
Walmart is another resource people are using. I haven’t yet.

Eventually yes. Only question is how long it takes. Could be next year or could take 5 years.
I wouldn't risk buying Lego for resale using a Prime account.
