That's the limit for your account. There isn't any way around that until the limit resets after about a week.

I don't really take that into account too much.
In general, demand takes care of that.
That said, I don't expect explosive growth or anything.
There are a lot of these out there. It should just be a solid gain whether you hold for a year or two.
